As the highest decision-making and governance body for ESG affairs, the Board ESG Committee leads and oversees company-wide ESG governance, supervising and reviewing ESG strategies, goals, plans, reports, and other matters with potential material impact on the Company

Serving as the core executive management tier for ESG, the ESG Management Group is headed by the General Manager and directly oversees the ESG initiatives and work plans of all subordinate departments

Coordinate and implement the Company's ESG strategies, targets, and plans

Assess ESG-related risks and opportunities with material impacts on business operations and report findings to the Board ESG Committee

Responsible for day-to-day ESG execution, with four dedicated task forces covering employee rights, occupational health and safety, climate change, and sustainable products

Execute the annual ESG work plan, including the identification and assessment of risks and opportunities across ESG topics, and report regularly to the ESG Management Group

Liaise with relevant corporate departments and subsidiaries to coordinate and advance ESG initiatives
