This product is an oil-lubricated two-cylinder in-line plunger high-pressure pump, which provides the common rail injection system with the injection pressure required by the engine under various operating conditions. The fuel is sucked from the fuel tank by a fuel transfer pump integrated on the high-pressure pump. By controlling the oil quantity metering unit installed on the pump, the fuel supply quantity of the high-pressure pump can be controlled to realize the adjustment of the system pressure. The high-pressure pump can achieve zero fuel supply, and the fuel supply can be continuously controlled between the maximum fuel volume and the zero fuel volume, so as to continuously and smoothly control the system pressure.
Maintenance tips
No special requirements. Just ensure that the working conditions of the fuel pump complies with TCD.
