The water pump body is made of gray cast iron material, which has the advantages of good plasticity and high tensile strength; the pump impeller is made of PPS high-performance plastic, which has a small impact on the pump shaft and is easy to form to ensure a relatively good performance of the pump.
Maintenance tips
It is necessary to inject general-purpose lithium-based grease into the bearing grease cavity to ensure that 1/3-2/3 (about 120g) of the grease cavity is/are occupied and ensure good lubrication of the water pump bearings every 300 hours' work of the water pump.
When the pump is in use, there may be a slight leak at the leaking hole. Observe whether it is continuous leakage. If the leakage does not exceed 3 drops per minute (a quantitative calculation is 0.1ml/min), please continue to use it. The pump will not leak after a few days.
