In the turbocharger designing process, fluid simulation analysis and aerodynamic design, volute thermal stress fatigue analysis, LCF, HCF high and low cycle fatigue failure risk analysis and countermeasures, material mechanics, noise and vibration, modal analysis, system matching simulation technology are applied to improve product performance and reliability. The turbocharger adopts a new type of shaft seal with oil rejection function to throw the oil leaking to the pressure end back to the oil cavity. The two outer double sealing rings greatly improve the anti-oil leakage ability. Strict quality inspection and quality control systems ensure stable quality and continuous quality improvement.
Maintenance tips
Use the oil, oil filter, and air filter recommended by Weichai, and change the oil, oil filter, and air filter regularly (recommend every 8000Km).
Disassemble the pipeline from the air filter to the inlet of the turbocharger compressor casing, and rotate the turbocharger compressor impeller. The turbocharger should rotate flexibly without blocking (if the rotation is not flexible, disassembly , inspection and analysis are required).
Regularly check the axial clearance and radial clearance. The axial clearance should be less than 0.15, and the minimum radial unilateral clearance should be greater than 0.1 (if the clearance exceeds the above range, it needs to be disassembled and analyzed, repaired or replaced) .
The idle time should not exceed 20 minutes to prevent false oil leakage.
For the turbocharger that has not been used for a long time (more than 7 days), remove the turbocharger and the fill the oil inlet with oil.
Do not adjust the pressure of bypass valve at will.
