The upper and lower bushes of the main bearing are made of aluminum-based alloy layer which have high embedding ability. The inner surface of the upper bush is processed with lubricating oil grooves and lubricating holes, so that the lubricant can lubricate the main bearing bush better. The bush wall adopts bush mouth thinning technology, so the oil film of the bearing bush is more uniform during the operation of the engine, which protects the bearing bush from wear.
Maintenance tips
Regularly replace the special oil, prevent strong acid and alkaline liquid from entering the engine oil and corroding the bearing bush.
Regularly check the oil filter to avoid impurities entering the bearing bush to scratch the surface of the bearing bush or cause malfunctions such as bush burning.
When replacing the bearing bush, make sure that the upper and lower bushes are from the same manufacturer.
