Maintenance tips
Regularly check the change of valve clearance. If the valve clearance is too small, the cylinder head and valve will need changing.
In the event of bending or fracture of push rods, rocker arms or other parts inn the air mechanism, the amount of valve sinking should be measured, and the valve and cylinder head should be disassembled and checked. If the valve seat ring is severely worn, replace the cylinder head and valve.
This part must be replaced in strict accordance with the instruction manual, and use the exhaust valve from Weichai with the same part number. Avoid valve bumping during assembling, otherwise it will cause power drop and early wear.
