Nozzle-structure fuel metering valve uses an assembly to control the total amount of fuel. ECU energizes the coil of the metering valve to form a magnetic field force. When the magnetic field force rises enough to overcome the combined force of the return spring pressure, needle valve gravity and friction , The needle valve begins to rise, and the air injection process begins. When the pulse is off, the pressure of the return spring makes the needle valve close again, which can control the injection volume of each cycle to ensure the economy and reliability of the machine operation; the production and processing process is strict to ensure the quality of the metering valve.
Maintenance tips
The inside of the metering valve and the spray hole should be kept clean to ensure the accuracy of spraying.
After the metering valve is installed, it must undergo a sealing test, especially after disassembly and assembly of the air inlet and outlet joints, to avoid potential safety hazards due to gas leakage.
When disassembling and replacing the installation, pay attention to cleaning to ensure that no dust and dirt enter the air inlet and outlet joints, and pay special attention to ensuring the cleanliness of the connecting sealing surface.
When disassembling, the gas supply must be disconnected in advance, and the gas supply valve of the gas tank must be turned off; then the ignition key and the main power supply of the battery must be turned off; when disassembling the pipeline connection, pay attention to vent the remaining gas in the gas pipeline and ensure the surface of the disassembled parts clean.
