The 2018 World Conference on Quality and Improvement was held in Seattle, USA on April 30, local time. Tan Xuguang, Chairman of Weichai Power was invited to the conference and delivered a keynote speech at the first China-US High-Level Summit on Quality.
In the speech, Tan Xuguang shared Weichai's quality management practices of focusing on reliability, which attracted the attention of the representatives of the participating countries. He said Weichai will further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with enterprises and institutions in other countries, build open and diversified cooperation platforms and mechanisms, and work together for a win-win future.
The World Quality and Improvement Conference was founded in 1947, held once a year, and is a well-known international conference in the field of quality. The first China-US Quality Summit was established at the conference, and 3,000 professionals from more than 50 countries and regions attended the conference.
