On July 26, Weichai held a 20-year exchange meeting on the industrialization of its after-market with the theme of "20 Years of Unity and Opening a New Chapter Together" in Weifang. By precisely understanding customer needs, creating exclusive W-TCO packages covering commercial vehicles, construction machinery, power generation and other fields, and achieving four service upgrades: prevention, customization, efficiency, and cost savings. At the same time, create product differentiation, build a "tiered product hierarchy", extend the "guarantees within" time through W-TCO until it covers the entire life cycle, and bind after-market products and services to the entire life cycle of end customers.
