At the event, the power of the first Weichai WP17T methanol mining excavator engine was officially delivered to a major customer in Xinjiang. The WP17T methanol engine has a maximum power of 650PS, a maximum torque of 2900N·m, and a minimum alcohol consumption of 410g/kW·h. It has advantages such as high reliability, good economy, long maintenance cycle, and green emission reduction, and will boost the local development of a new space for the "chain development" of the green methanol industry.
This time, Weichai also showcased a wide range of low-carbon and zero-carbon mine power products, including the WP14T extended-range engine, WP16NG natural gas engine and power battery. With the advantages of reliability, energy efficiency, intelligence and greenness, Weichai demonstrated its strong fuel flexibility and diversified operation solutions, leading the green mine revolution.
