WOS (Weichai Operation System) is the management logic of high-speed and high-quality development of large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprises, the "learning methodology" of Weichai's rapid growth, and enterprise operation and management experience with Chinese characteristics, which can help customers establish an operation management system based on the actual situation of enterprises and improve core competitiveness with their unique methodology.
Weichai Science and Technology Exhibition Hall mainly displays Weichai's development history, key core technologies, global high-end products and international business presence. The construction area of the Hall is 5,310 square meters, mainly including the lobby hall (the history of the enterprise's efforts all through the years), the first hall (the achievements of the reform, innovation and development of the enterprise), the product exhibition area (including a full range of engine, new energy, hydraulic, transmission, axle, heavy-duty truck, agricultural equipment, forklift, intelligent logistics system, yacht and other products), the final hall (reform, innovation and development process of enterprises), etc. It is currently the largest engine power science and technology exhibition hall in China. It was also selected as the "Weifang CPC Party Member On-site Education Base".
The Weichai Party-building Culture Exhibition Hall has a construction area of 600 square meters. It adopts the combination of theoretical teaching and on-site observation. It is divided into the "Revolution Engine with Surging Power" education hall and the "Focus on the Main Business" exhibition hall, which can accommodate about 50 people to study and visit at the same time. The education hall as a whole uses digital teaching, taking the development history of Weichai as a real case, and effectively improving the CPC Party spirit cultivation and theoretical knowledge level of learners. The exhibition hall takes major events, precious documents, important achievements and typical individuals as the carrier to show the rapid changes and honors of Weichai in Party structure construction, enterprise development, social responsibility and other aspects over the past 70 years.
Under the guidance of WOS management system, Weichai has improved the large on-site management system. Using manufacturing maturity evaluation as the starting point, we focus on the whole business domain process optimization, extravagance and waste identification, standard iteration and talent incubation, and take "green, safe, agile, low cost, high quality, efficient organization" as the stage goal to continue to explore potential safety control, quality improvement, lean production, cost control and other management capabilities. We integrate IT, digitalization, intelligence and other advanced technologies into on-site management, forming an on-site management model that covers all personnel, the whole process and all elements, linking the enterprise strategic layer and operation layer with unique characteristics of Weichai.
