On August 18, 2018, Tan Xuguang led a team to Weichai Control to conduct on-site inspections to understand the company's product structure and operation, to see the employees who fought in the front line, and to deploy future development plans.
Tan Xuguang went to the workshop to investigate the quantity, level and quality control of production equipment.
Tan Xuguang cordially asked the staff “how many years have you worked in Weichai”, “What is your job responsibility”, and “How is life”. He asked management at all levels to keep employees in mind, do a good job in service, and let employees work at peace and comfort.
