On April 19, Weichai Power and Yutong Bus entered into a strategic cooperation agreement, to open new-round in-depth cooperation. Through the cooperation, the two sides will keep ahead in the new energy bus field in the world.

Accompanied by Tan Xuguang, Chairman of Weichai Power, a delegation led by Tang Yuxiang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Yutong Bus visited the foundry line, engine line, product test center, high-end product exhibition and technology exhibition hall of Weichai Power.
During the visit, Tang and Tan watched CCTV View-"China's Manufacturing Should Grow Strong", to review the instruction of General Secretary Xi.
This is the first time that Tang has led a large delegation comprising all senior executives of Yutong to Weichai Power. Weichai Power's senior executives, led by Tan, accompanied and communicated with the visitors throughout the visit.

First-ever strategic cooperation
Witnessed by the senior executives of both sides, Niu Bo, General Manager of Yutong Bus and Zhang Quan, Executive CEO of Weichai Power signed the "Yutong Bus-Weichai Power Strategic Cooperation Agreement".
This is the first-ever strategic cooperation agreement between the two sides. Weichai Power has supplied 90,000 engines to Yutong Bus in the past decade, including a record over 14,000 units in 2017. The conclusion of the strategic cooperation agreement will further widen and deepen the cooperation between the two sides and open a new page for cooperation.
The two sides held a work meeting that afternoon. The visitors listened to an introduction to the R&D strength and new energy industry plan. The two sides exchanged ideas on future development and cooperation, and discussed the deepening of cooperation.
