The cylinder liner, in conjunction with the piston and cylinder head, forms the combustion chamber and provides guidance for piston movement. The thin-walled dry design helps reduce bore spacing, resulting in a compact engine structure, reduced total engine length, and lower overall mass.

Key cylinder liner honing parameters (RPK/RK/RVK) are precisely controlled, ensuring a uniform cross-hatch pattern to reduce oil consumption while maintaining optimal lubrication.
The cylinder liner is manufactured from copper-boron cast iron for high strength and wear resistance, with centrifugal casting technology employed to control casting defects such as porosity and cracks.
Cylinder liner QPQ (Quench-Polish-Quench) surface modification technology provides excellent cavitation resistance, high hardness, and corrosion resistance.
